The problem of every young student moving in the big city is either lack of furniture or too much furniture that is impossible to move around from one loft to another. You might be forced to move several times either from one dorm to another, or from one renter to another, for many reasons like the distance to school or work. This type of activity could be very annoying if you need a rental car to move around with all that furniture.
Well, meet Marcel Krings & Sebastian Mühlhäuser! They designed this outstanding modular setup, called Casulo, that is hiding in a 80cm x 120 cm box, a desk, an armoire, a height-adjustable stool, a six-shelf bookcase, two more stools plus a bed with mattress. This box can be lifted and assembled by two pleople, requiring no tools for managing. In November 2007 this project won the "Abraham & David Roentgen Award" thanks to all the quality of the realisation of the idea.
